Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only.

  • All eTrike models ship free of charge

  • All orders over $69 qualify for free shipping

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses


2. Shipping Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping time: 6–7 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 9–14 business days, depending on your location

In-Stock Orders

In-stock items typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Pre-Orders / Backorders

For pre-order or backorder items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

3. Shipping Cost

  • All eTrike products ship free

  • All orders over $69 ship free

  • No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout


4. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on order size and destination.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Registered customers can track orders directly through their account on llamatrike.com

  • Guest customers can track orders using their order number on our tracking page

6. Delivery Issues

If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

After 3 business days, customers will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
