This Shipping Policy explains how and where orders placed on llamatrike.com are shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only (also known as the continental U.S.).
- Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states
- All eTrike models ship free of charge
- Orders with a subtotal of $69 or more qualify for free shipping
- Orders with a subtotal below $69 are subject to a $10 flat-rate shipping fee
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipping Time
Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.
Processing time is typically 3–7 business days.
Shipping time is typically 6–7 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days, depending on the delivery location.
For pre-order or backorder items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via major carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
The shipping carrier is selected based on order size and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customers with a registered account can track their order directly through their account on llamatrike.com.
Guest customers can track their order using the order number provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues
If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but not received, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
After 3 business days, customers will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
